Due to the development of John Deere Bank, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of: ​ Team Lead, Credit & Collections Tarnowo Podgorne, Poland Your responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Credit Analysts and Collections Specialists focused on the Polish market. Ensure timely, accurate, and well ‑ documented credit decisions for retail finance applications. Manage collections activities for retail customers with a focus on reducing delinquencies and maintaining a high portfolio quality. Design, review and update internal processes to maintain the highest standards of compliance and operational efficiency. Enable and support the digital transformation and automation of our retail credit operations processes. Our requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in credit underwriting, collections, or risk management; experience with the Polish market is highly preferred. 2+ years of experience in managing and leading credit operations teams. Analytical mindset and strong judgment to make balanced, risk ‑ based credit decisions. Proven ability to build scalable processes and workflows, balancing speed, quality, and risk management. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluency in Polish and English required; additional languages are an asset. What we offer: Employment contract. Company car.
