Team Lead - Development

Role Overview: As the Team Lead , reporting to the Head of Software Development , you’ll be the driving force behind our development team’s technical strategy, spearheading the delivery of cutting-edge e-banking and e-wealth solutions. The selected candidate should be willing to relocate to the specified job location. Responsibilities: Design and maintain robust, scalable enterprise back-end solutions Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers, championing best practices in code scalability and maintainability Recruit and onboard top technical talent to strengthen team capabilities Design and execute unit and performance tests to ensure high-quality deliverables Own and enhance code quality standards, focusing on scalable and maintainable solutions Collaborate with DevOps and cross-functional teams to implement and deploy innovative features Cultivate a culture of open communication, encouraging team members to ask questions and voice ideas Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide personalized guidance, track individual progress, and support career development Required Skills & Experience: Expertise in the latest .NET technologies , with a passion for staying on top of new advancements Proficiency with unit testing frameworks and strong experience in multi-threading, concurrency, and caching technologies (e.g., Redis ) Hands-on experience with containerization and deployment technologies Familiarity with message queuing systems like RabbitMQ and Kafka Deep knowledge of SQL databases (MS SQL and Oracle); familiarity with NoSQL databases is a bonus Experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitLab, including Gitflow Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field 6+ years in software development 2+ years in a leadership position
