Are you passionate about combining systems, data, and processes to transform the manufacturing landscape? As a leader within the Global Manufacturing Systems & Processes group, you will play a key role in the field, close to BRP's supply chain operations. In this stimulating role, you will combine your drive, autonomy, and practical vision to realize our strategic ambitions across our Powersports, Marine, and Megatech groups.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Defining and designing optimal global processes to support operational excellence and supply chain activities.
Engaging and leading field teams during the deployment of new systems, processes, and tools across our manufacturing plants globally (Canada, United States, Mexico, Finland).
Planning and orchestrating project delivery, ensuring monitoring of timelines, budgets, and deliverable quality.
Facilitating workshops and targeting relevant subject matter experts to resolve complex issues and optimize team time.
Maintaining a relationship of trust and smooth communication between management, stakeholders, and operations.
Supervising the preparation and execution of various project phases (preparation, exploration, integration, user acceptance testing, training, as well as cutover).
Supporting operations by providing problem solving and root cause analysis related to systems and processes.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (management, business administration, engineering, logistics, operations, or equivalent).
Hands-on experience leading change initiatives, projects, or continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
Strong comfort with data, business systems logic (e.g., ERP, warehouse or transportation management tools), and manufacturing processes.
Unifying, dynamic, and action-oriented leadership on the ground.
Excellent communication skills (French and English), with a natural ability to simplify complex concepts into simple, accessible language.
Remarkable comfort with ambiguity, with the ability to define structure where guidelines are less clear.
Passion for complex problem solving and business process simplification.
Strong collaborative mindset and ability to positively influence multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a business-focused manufacturing or operational environment.
High agility and resilience in a stimulating and evolving environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
