Job Description Team Lead Process Automation Development (M/F/D) Team Lead Process Automation Development (M/F/D) Apply now Apply now Bozen Full-time Professional Process Automation Development Hybrid (partially remote) To strengthen our Process Automation Development Team, we are looking for a Team Lead with experience in software development and a strong leadership mindset, with a particular interest in low-code solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform. The selected candidate will lead an international team and contribute to the development of scalable automation solutions for the Würth Group. Responsibilities Coordinate and mentor an international team of Power Platform developers located across Europe and the USA; Define and maintain development standards, guidelines, and best practices for low-code/no-code solutions; Organize and manage agile processes (Scrum) and oversee the entire application lifecycle; Design and implement innovative business process automation solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform; Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions; Drive continuous improvement of processes, quality, and performance of developed solutions. Requirements Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education, or proven experience in software development; At least 3 years of experience in software development, including experience in technical or project coordination roles; Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.); Familiarity with Microsoft cloud services (Azure or Microsoft 365); Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices; Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in international teams; Knowledge of the Italian language; Strong interest in process automation and continuous improvement; Willingness to travel. Nice to have: Experience in managing internationally distributed teams; Familiarity with advanced low-code/no-code technologies; Knowledge of the German language; Experience in complex enterprise environments.
