Team Lead, Reception & Conference Center

• Has at least 2 years of team leadership experience (experience in office administration would be a strong advantage);

• Has experience organizing and coordinating office administration processes;

• Is capable of developing, standardizing, and improving work procedures and policies;

• Builds trust and fosters a positive and inclusive environment, demonstrates genuine interest in others, treats people with respect, cares for colleagues, and acts with integrity;

• Inspires colleagues and encourages them to achieve their best results by reaching their full potential;

• Is goal-oriented and committed to continuous improvement;

• Possesses strong time management and prioritization skills;

• Holds a university degree;

• Has excellent Lithuanian and English language skills, both written and spoken.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and develop a team of 15 Executive Assistants and Office Administrators located across our offices in Vilnius, Kaunas, and Klaipėda;

• Organize the team's work and drive the achievement of team and organizational goals;

• Clearly define responsibilities, priorities, and expectations for team members;

• Participate in initiatives and projects related to the team's activities;

• Identify opportunities for improvement and initiate projects focused on process quality and efficiency;

• Support the continuous development of both your team and your own leadership capabilities;

• Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and drive professional growth;

• Foster a diverse, collaborative, and highly engaged team culture ;

• Participate in negotiations with external service providers, prepare agreements, and coordinate relationships with partners and suppliers;

• Optimize processes and continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
