Come talk to us about joining the Centerstone team! JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Works collaboratively with program supervisor to ensure program efficiency. Assists with daily functioning of program. The Team Lead will help documentation review, staff referencing, service facilitation and coordination, trainings, and outreach coordination. This is a hybrid position. The Tennessee Recovery Project (TRP) is a federally funded FEMA and SAMHSA grant program providing crisis counseling and outreach to individuals affected by natural disasters. The Team Leader position offers semi-remote work flexibility and oversees a team of TRP Crisis Specialists. This role provides operational support, coordinates recovery efforts in disaster-affected communities, and ensures effective service delivery. Key responsibilities of the Team Leader include supervision and support of the TRP Crisis Specialist team, coordination of team response and outreach to affected areas, maintenance of regular staff meetings, ensure data collection and reporting, and attendance of all grant meetings with federal partners. Occasional travel to community events in affected areas is required. Mileage reimbursement is provided. This is a grant funded position through February 2027. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Reports to work as scheduled; on a daily basis and performs assigned duties to ensure smooth program operation. - Assist in planning and development of events and services. - Implements clinical services for assigned programs. - Assists in development and coordination of collaborative services with other community agencies for the program in order to meet funding requirements. - Assists the implementation of long-range goals and annual objectives for assigned program. - Assists in planning and scheduling of outreach events for staff. - Assists in locating and establishing professional community relationships for community resources. - Attends supervisory meetings, conferences, and other training sessions. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Knowledge of local community resources and the school system. Highly motivated, collaborative, and excellent communication skills a must. Valid Driver's License with a good driving record. QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral/Mental Health, or related discipline; and one year related work experience preferred.
