The Opportunity

Lead a team where people come first and your success is measured by the growth of your people and the difference you make together.

You’ll be supporting up to 8 consultants to deliver quality rehabilitation services. Depending on your team’s size, you’ll will balance leadership with some billable work or focus entirely on leading and developing your people, Your Choice!

• Lead, coach and mentor consultants across psychological, physical, same and new employer services.

• Support consultants with return to work cases.

• Conduct quality reviews and provide performance support.

• Build strong employer, insurer and stakeholder relationships.

• Support recruitment, onboarding and team development.

• Drive consistency, service quality and positive client outcomes.

• Contribute to service improvements and team growth.

About You

You lead with empathy, communicate confidently and enjoy helping others grow. You’re either a Team Leader seeking a supportive, values driven culture or a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant ready to step into leadership.

• Ideally 5+ years’ occupational rehabilitation experience.

• Strong experience across New Employer and Same Employer services.

• Leadership, coaching or mentoring skills.

• Strong knowledge of NSW workers compensation.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.

• A proactive approach to finding solutions.

• Relevant registration with AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA.
