The Procure to Pay Team Leader is responsible to deliver high quality services in Procure to Pay processes to Molson Coors entities in scope but also across Global Business Services, by building strong partnerships with the Business Process Experts structure in the Business Units, as well as with all the stakeholders involved.

The Team Leader drives operations Key Performance Indicator's (KPIs) adherence and continuous improvement initiatives by motivating the team members, assesses performance and properly escalates and puts in place improvement plans at individual and team level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate operations for designated process and team
• Deliver on agreed KPIs, escalate when case and implement corrective actions plans
• Present performance indicators in operational reviews, analyze data & trends, implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Owning and facilitating team meetings for better process performance and enhancement of team skills
• Develop action plans, coaching and mentoring team members, developing talent, organizing career path meetings with team members
• Build strong and effective relationships with Process Managers and Analysts in Business Units
• Support tools implementation by creating capacity in the team and allocating staff to both operations and projects
• Identifies improvement opportunities on processes, raising them as proposal to next level for validation.

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 1 year team coordination experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in procure to pay area
• Good Stakeholder and conflict management skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• SAP & Ariba experience
• Advanced English level, both written and spoken

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors Global Business Services, we believe in rewarding our people fairly, transparently, and equitably for the impact they make.

Our Total Rewards package includes a gross base salary of lei147,400.00-lei193,500.00 (posting salary range) plus a 15 %target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages: a medical subscription (with dental and vision coverage), life insurance, a monthly budget to spend on flexible benefits, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme and 22 days annual leave with additional days off for vintage and birthday.

The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as previous experience, skills and internal equity.
