Your role as Team Manager Value Management

  • You define the Value Management strategy and roadmap for Business Solutions, focused on retention, renewals and gross margin protection.
  • You identify the main drivers of churn, revenue erosion and value leakage, and translate data and customer insights into high-impact actions.
  • You connect customer outcomes with financial impact and balance customer needs with sustainable value creation.
  • You drive a cross-functional value agenda across Product & Journey, Commercial, Delivery & Services and Operations, securing ownership and commitment.
  • You build and lead a multidisciplinary team, set priorities and develop its analytical, commercial and influencing capabilities.
  • You establish governance, KPIs and decision forums that make customer value and gross margin visible in business decisions.
  • You determine priorities and trade-offs, monitor progress and intervene when delivery or impact stalls.

Your profile as Team Manager Value Management

  • You hold a master’s degree or have equivalent experience.
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Value Management, Customer Lifecycle Management, Retention, CX, Commercial Strategy or Business Transformation within a complex B2B environment, including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • You understand the commercial and financial drivers behind retention, renewals and gross margin and translate them into clear business choices.
  • You build coalitions, negotiate priorities and create ownership beyond your own team, including without direct authority.
  • You combine strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to set direction in situations of ambiguity and incomplete information.
  • You are decisive and outcome-oriented, and comfortably balance customer needs, commercial ambitions and organizational realities.
  • You are a compelling communicator and mature people leader who influences senior stakeholders and develops multidisciplinary teams. You are fluent in English; Dutch is a strong asset.
