Team Member Level 2

• Check Audit is a team whose main objective is to ensure accurate payment to the outside supplier based on the Invoice processed by the payables team. Auditor functions are intended to detect payables team input errors.

• To ensure documents (including rush) are audited as per the agreed TAT and with high quality.

• To ensure assigned emails are actioned within a TAT of 24 hours.

• To ensure nil external error

• To ensure Disbursement requests are prioritized and handled on a timely basis in respective System / Bank site.

• To effectively coordinate with Payables on errors and resolve issues.

To ensure submission of various metric on a timely basis with accuracy and high quality

1. Basic accounting knowledge

2) Excellent communication skills (both Written & Oral) in English

3) Good knowledge in Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
