Teamlead Global Category Management (m/w/d)

As a team leader in Global Category Management in our purchasing department, YOU provide important impetus across the company and across countries: Because YOU develop a transparent product group strategy and, related to it, a purchasing strategy that is implemented for all categories!

In order for this to work, you not only support the project purchasing organizations of the business areas, but also their strategic goals.

They take a critical look at the performance of our suppliers and do everything in their power to improve them where possible.

Within the HÜBNER Group, you promote the networking of all lead buyers and optimize the purchasing processes and the use of resources across the board.

It goes without saying that you make sure that the corporate governance requirements are complied with in every product group.

Completed degree, e.g. business administration with a focus on purchasing / supply chain, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering or a comparable qualification; alternatively completed commercial training with corresponding further training

Several years of experience in the production-related area and / or in purchasing or category management of a (technical) industrial company with cross-functional cooperation, preferably on an international level

Solid know-how about procurement methods and sourcing strategies, the drafting of supply and service contracts, cost structure and supply chain analyzes

Business fluent English, if possible also other foreign languages, as well as confident handling of SAP MM and MS Office

Confident, convincing and open-minded personality who works analytically and in a structured manner, enjoys bringing people together and motivating them to develop themselves further and who are often on the go (40% of working hours)
