Work with DEDA global position(s) to create new global processes for raw material data maintenance and document handling
Support with roll-out of new processes across RPD teams globally,
Support with creation of new IT / AI tools to automate processes
Hire, onboard and train new GBS CoE colleagues
Ensure highest data quality for all RMs globally
Ensure fast turnaround times for all processes
Stakeholder management: Get feedback on CoE’s performance from RPD and R&D teams globally and ensure sufficient communication to all stakeholders

Some scientific and regulatory experience – able to read regulations, able to understand what the experts from the regions are saying
Strong background in building processes in global companies
Some AI knowledge and experience of digitalizing processes
Strong people leader skills
Excellent English, good communicator
Fully motivated, happy to work flexible hours, go the extra mile
