TEC Workforce and Culture Change Lead

This role is primarily office-based, supporting collaborative working and strong engagement with colleagues across Corserv Care and partner organisations. There is an element of hybrid working, enabling flexibility while maintaining a visible and active presence within services.

The postholder will be expected to work from a range of Corserv Care offices and operational settings, including visits to hospital settings, care environments, partner organisations, and community locations to support implementation of TEC solutions and multi-agency working.
