Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Overview
Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for a Lean-Pro Tech Admin VA to support a NYC-based, founder-led consulting practice with video content preparation, digital publishing, and light back-office support.

This role will help edit and organize video content, create Canva thumbnails, upload materials to Vimeo and Squarespace, and ensure links, files, and published assets are accurate and properly maintained.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based setup.

Responsibilities
  • Edit video content logically for flow, clarity, and proper sequence using iMovie or similar tools
  • Prepare and clean up existing video content based on the client’s direction and provided materials
  • Upload finalized video content to Vimeo or the assigned hosting platform
  • Create, organize, and check video links to ensure they are working and properly labeled
  • Create or update video thumbnails and simple visual assets using Canva
  • Upload or update video-related content on Squarespace as instructed
  • Organize video files, thumbnails, links, and related digital assets using Google Suite
  • Ensure published content, links, thumbnails, file names, and uploads are accurate before submitting for review
  • Provide clear progress updates and flag missing files, unclear instructions, or technical issues
  • Support the client with reliable back-office execution for assigned content and digital admin tasks

Requirements

  • At least 3–4 years of experience in tech admin support, video content support, digital publishing, content operations, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience using Canva, Vimeo, Squarespace, and iMovie
  • Comfortable editing video content for logical flow, clarity, and continuity
  • Able to create or update simple thumbnails and visual assets using Canva
  • Familiar with uploading, organizing, and publishing video or digital content online
  • Strong attention to detail when checking links, thumbnails, file names, uploads, and published pages
  • Able to follow instructions, manage assigned tasks, and complete work with minimal supervision
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable supporting a founder-led remote environment
  • Fluent English skills in reading, writing, and speaking
  • Comfortable working in a B2B or professional services environment
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with Google Suite for file organization, documentation, and link management
  • Experience supporting consultants, nonprofits, education, marketing, or mission-driven organizations
  • Exposure to content calendars, project tracking tools, AI-assisted research, or digital workflow support
