Role Description:

Closure takes security & compliance extremely seriously — including discretionary audits across CJIS, SOC 2 Type II, and HIPAA, with thousands of hours invested.

We’re looking for an executor-leader, who can take point on all of Closure’s Technical Compliance efforts. This will include,

• Techy or Tech Loving: Technical degree and or some engineering automation/ know how
• Goverment Exposure: >4 years in compliance or security, CJIS experience (preffered), FedRAMP exposure (preffered)
• Framework- fluent: SOC2, CJIS, ISO, HIPPA, etc.
• Customer Facing: Runs audits, Cloud matrices, Compliance questionnaires, Critical support efforts
• Tools: Vanta/GRC, MDM, device and asset management, and more
• Internal Work: Supporting technical compliance efforts, team organization, audit preparedness, and more.
• Customer Work: Explaining, listening, needfinding, and otherwise ensuring our customers are comfortable and informing our security & compliance roadmap.

The perfect candidate knows the frameworks and how to comply with them.

But more importantly, they also are low ego — deftly navigating across strategic conversations with customers, and the day-to-day administrative work critical for a rigorous compliance regime.

Additional Details:

• Comp
• Salary: $120k-$190k, with potential for adjustments based on experience.
