Tech Delivery Manager

We're looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to own how work moves through our product and engineering organization, from a stated need to something shipped, verified and adopted.

This is not a ticket-tracking role. You'll help create clarity, keep work moving, and make sure the details don't get lost between an idea, implementation and release.

About us

Entermotion builds Atlas.md, a platform for Direct Primary Care clinics. It spans web, mobile and a fintech product, plus dozens of third-party integrations across labs, payments, messaging and AI. We also build Atlas Direct, a.school and other web and mobile apps.

We work in healthcare, so compliance and correctness are not optional, and we work in payments, so neither is precision. We're fully remote and work primarily through written, asynchronous communication.

The job

You'll guide initiatives through their full lifecycle.

Something might arrive as "we need to integrate with this lab partner" or "brokers need a way to enroll groups." Your job is to help turn that into something the team can actually execute: understand the goal, gather the necessary context, clarify what's being asked, identify dependencies and open questions, document the scope, coordinate the people involved, and follow the work through development, QA and release.

You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, leadership and external partners. You won't be expected to independently define the product direction or design the UI, but you should understand the product well enough to ask good questions, identify gaps and make sure the team is solving the problem that was actually intended.

A large part of the job is organizing chaos so specialists can stay deep in their craft. Engineers and designers should be spending their time on the hard parts of their work, not chasing context, unblocking themselves or trying to figure out what happens next. You're the person who helps remove that friction and notices when a handoff between teams is quietly failing.

You'll need to be comfortable working around technical products and technical people. You don't need to be a developer, but you should be able to understand how systems fit together, follow technical conversations, work through integration requirements and ask the questions necessary to understand what is happening. A stronger technical background is useful, but we're more interested in your ability to learn, investigate and create clarity than in any particular toolset.

You'll also be expected to push. If a spec is vague, a scope has quietly doubled, a partner is stalling or an estimate doesn't survive contact with reality, you're the person who raises it early and clearly.

What you'll own

• Delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives spanning web, mobile and integrations
• Help clarify specifications and documentation when needed to ensure a smoother delivery flow
• Coordination between Product, Engineering, Design, QA and other stakeholders
• Coordination with third-party partners, including technical integrations with external teams when necessary
• Identifying dependencies, unanswered questions, risks and scope changes before they become blockers
• Release readiness, including making sure development, QA, support and documentation are aligned
• The health of our delivery process itself, including how work moves through the feature development lifecycle
• Visibility upward, so leadership understands status, risk and tradeoffs without having to chase for updates

Skills

We assess candidates across several categories. We don't expect every candidate to be equally strong in all of them, and strength in one area can offset less experience in another.

• Experience owning projects or technical delivery end to end rather than only tracking tasks
• Ability to turn ambiguous requests into clear, actionable scopes
• Strong written communication. We're remote and text-first, so clear writing is a core skill
• Strong organizational skills across multiple simultaneous initiatives
• Ability to identify missing information, dependencies and risks before they become problems
• Comfort coordinating work across people with different specialties
• Experience working with third-party partners or vendors
• Comfort giving direct feedback and holding a line on scope, quality or timeline
• Judgment about when to escalate, when to ask and when to make a decision
• Enough technical curiosity and understanding to work effectively with engineers and technical integrations
  

Experience in any of the following is a plus, but not required:

• Product management or product operations
• Software development, systems analysis or QA
• API integrations
• PHP, Laravel or React Native
• Healthcare or fintech
• Compliance environments such as HIPAA

Autonomy and growth

We expect autonomy to grow with context and demonstrated judgment.

You'll likely begin by owning smaller initiatives end to end, learning how Atlas works and how our teams operate. From there, the scope can expand quickly into larger projects, more complex decisions, partner relationships and improvements to how the organization itself works.

There isn't a tightly defined ceiling on the role. The more context you build and the more problems you're able to own effectively, the broader your responsibility can become.

Position

Full-time and remote. We're a dispersed team and most of our work happens in backlogs, wikis and Slack, so you need to be genuinely good at asynchronous work and written communication. We're flexible on schedule, but at least 4 hours of daily overlap with your core team is required.
