Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead, you’ll take ownership of designing and delivering scalable software solutions across the Java (Spring Boot) backend and React/Next.js TypeScript frontend. You’ll guide the team technically and support product excellence in a cloud-native setup.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team, ensuring delivery quality and technical growth.
  • Architect robust Java (Spring Boot) backend services and maintain well-structured React/Next.js frontends.
  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of product features — from design, through development, to deployment.
  • Set and enforce engineering best practices, including testing, code quality, and observability standards.
  • Collaborate closely with UX, backend, and data teams to advance product functionality and user experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement, ensuring projects align with architectural and performance goals.

Who we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong backend experience with Java/Spring Boot and good command of React + TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, API design, and data flow integration.
  • Familiarity with observability tools and monitoring practices in distributed environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of database design, migration, and testing frameworks (JUnit, Vitest, Playwright).
  • Strong communication skills, proactive leadership, and the ability to balance hands-on coding with team guidance.
Nice to have
  • Experience with cloud-native environments and deployment automation.
  • Background in data engineering (Spark, event-driven processing).
  • Practical experience with Next.js or other modern frontend frameworks.
