We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead Manager to join one of our dynamic technical teams, such as Passenger, Billing, etc. Responsibilities Managing the team of ~10 developers on a day-to-day basis: participating in planning, project management, delivery, career development for DRs, hiring Architect M- and L- sized features Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, testers, product managers) to gather requirements and discuss project goals Participate in the analysis, design and evaluation of technical requirements together with the team Write clean, scalable, and efficient code mainly in Go language Review and give feedback on code written by peers to ensure consistency, readability, and efficiency Write and maintain technical documentation, including software design documents and user guides Requirements 5+ years of experience developing scalable and reliable backend services Proficiency with Go/Ruby/Python/C++/Java/Kotlin languages In-depth knowledge of common databases and messaging systems like PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis/Kafka/RabbitMQ, etc. Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency Our current stack: Go microservices, shrinking Ruby monolith, Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Thrift, Redis, AWS, Terraform, K8s, Jenkins.
