Tech Lead .NET React

Job Description This is a remote position. We are looking for Tech Leads to guide cross-functional engineering streams delivering large-scale enterprise application components. The role combines hands-on development in .NET (Core/6/7/8) and React + TypeScript , architectural decision-making, and leadership of distributed teams. AI-assisted engineering using tools like Copilot or Cursor is an essential part of the delivery approach. Responsibilities • Lead a cross functional engineering stream working with .NET and React • Set technical direction for component architecture and integration patterns • Apply AI assisted coding tools such as Copilot and Cursor to accelerate delivery and improve code quality • Take responsibility for code reviews, standards, and optimisation of development workflows • Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA and DevOps • Break down requirements into implementable tasks for the team • Resolve technical risks and ensure strong alignment with PwC guidelines • Act as the escalation point for technical blockers • Support developers through mentoring and hands on guidance Requirements • Senior engineering background with leadership responsibilities • Strong experience in .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 7 or .NET 8 • Solid experience building complex front ends with React and TypeScript • Mandatory experience using AI coding tools in daily work or consistent private development • Ability to design clean, scalable backend and frontend structures • Strong experience with API design and integration • Good SQL understanding and comfort with optimisation • Ability to manage backlog priorities and steer technical scope • Confident communication in English for daily cooperation with PwC • Clear ownership mindset and ability to push delivery forward Nice to have • Experience with Azure based architectures • Experience with microservices • Experience with automated testing • Previous lead roles in consulting projects Benefits Solid, competitive salary Work in multinational environment on international projects Comprehensive healthcare Long-term B2B contract with stable project pipeline Fully remote model
