Is this job info correct?

Tech Manager Remote - Salary: $2500 - Schedule: 4PM till 12 AM Beirut Time Company Overview The company partners with creators, coaches, and community-led businesses to build and run the tech that powers their programs. From Skool communities and funnels to payments, emails, and SMS—everything is wired together so real people can click a button and things just work. The team blends strategy, implementation, and rigorous QA to deliver clean, reliable systems that help clients launch, scale, and operate with confidence. You'll find a builder's culture here: practical, fast-moving, and ownership-driven. The focus is on clear communication, simple systems that hold up under pressure, and delivering outcomes—not just tickets. It's a remote, collaborative environment where high standards and attention to detail are the norm. Team Context This is not a from-scratch team build. The Tech Manager steps into an existing small tech team of 3 people —two with multiple years of experience, and one newer hire whose continuation is uncertain (may not stay). It's worth knowing going in that this hire is inheriting people, not just processes, and may need to make a real call on that third person early on. Mission We're hiring a Tech Manager to own delivery across our client tech stack—planning, building, reviewing, launching, and keeping everything running smoothly. Some weeks you'll steer the board, remove blockers, and review work pre-client; other weeks you'll be deep in GoHighLevel, Skool, funnels, integrations, or email/SMS flows to hit a deadline and protect the launch. You'll be the calm center for the team and a trusted partner to sales and fulfillment—scoping what's possible, estimating timelines honestly, and turning repeat work into templates and SOPs so we move faster each time. If you enjoy hands-on building, crisp communication, and catching edge cases before they ship—you'll feel right at home. This role is a genuine builder-manager hybrid : you'll delegate work to the existing team, but you'll also do hands-on technical work yourself to fill gaps. You need to be able to both lead and build—not just one or the other. Key Responsibilities Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence. You'll balance hands-on implementation with project oversight and quality control. Own and operate the tech stack end-to-end: Skool, funnels, payments, email, SMS, automations, and ClickUp workflows Build and maintain funnels and websites using the team's preferred builders Configure and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) automations, pipelines, triggers, calendars, and forms Set up and manage Skool communities, onboarding paths, permissions, and assets Implement integrations via Zapier or Make to connect payments, CRM, messaging, and analytics Create, test, and QA email and SMS flows to ensure correct logic, timing, and deliverability Triage breakages quickly; perform root-cause analysis and implement safeguards to prevent repeats Review and QA team deliverables before client review; run thorough pre-launch checklists Keep ClickUp accurate and up to date—scopes, owners, dates, dependencies, and statuses Track blockers, remove obstacles, and reallocate resources to protect deadlines Advise sales and fulfillment on feasibility and timelines; provide clear estimates and tradeoffs Turn repeat work into templates, SOPs, and checklists; document systems and standards Coordinate smooth launches, UAT, and client handoffs with clear instructions and walkthroughs Monitor post-launch performance; proactively optimize funnels and automations Maintain environment hygiene across domains, DNS, tracking, webhooks, tagging, and naming Capture and share learnings in a knowledge base to improve speed and quality over time Delegate work across the existing 3-person tech team while staying hands-on where needed to fill gaps Qualifications Years of Experience: 3-5+ years building funnels/automations and managing technical marketing projects CRM Tool: GoHighLevel (GHL) Softwares: Skool, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Zapier or Make, funnel/website builders (e.g., ClickFunnels, Webflow), email/SMS platforms Tools — minimal onboarding required: Candidates should already be fluent in GoHighLevel (GHL), Slack, and ClickUp — these are not tools to learn on the job Industry Knowledge Required: Digital marketing and automation for creator/coaching/community-led programs; funnels, lifecycle messaging, payments/integrations Specific Gender: No preference Skills & Competencies Excellent communication, crisp documentation, and proactive stakeholder updates Strong attention to detail and QA mindset; hates sloppy work Project management, prioritization, and resource allocation under deadlines Systems thinking and problem-solving across complex integrations Ability to estimate accurately and set honest expectations Ownership mentality; calm under pressure; bias for action Strong sense of urgency: prioritizes by due dates and ensures timely delivery for client launches—this is a real, explicit trait leadership cares about, not a generic checkbox Solution-focused mindset: proposes alternatives when hitting technical limitations, rather than just reporting the obstacle and stopping there Learning agility: willing to ask questions and learns quickly Leadership: must delegate effectively and handle hands-on technical work personally—genuinely both, not just one or the other Technical Requirements Own PC or laptop Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended) Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace Ability to work within GoHighLevel, Skool, ClickUp, Zapier/Make, and chosen funnel/website builders Ability to run test scenarios and validate email/SMS flows prior to launch Position Description Working Hours: 8 hours, from 4 PM till 12 AM Beirut Time Working Days: 5 days a week Days Off: Saturday and Sunday Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere Time Off: Lebanese national holidays are paid. Personal/vacation time off is unpaid and may be requested with at least one week's advance notice. Salary Range: $2500
