Tech Program Manager

We seek a Tech Program Manager (Manager) who dares to think differently and trusts their gut. You’ll play a key role in orchestrating complex global tech programs end-to-end, aligning engineering teams, strategy, and cutting-edge technology to make an impact that lasts.

What will help you succeed:

• Proven experience (6+ years) leading complex technology programs or portfolios in tech or IT consulting environments.
• Solid background in software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile frameworks at scale (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and Cloud ecosystems.
• Track record of managing project governance, technical dependencies, budgets, and risk mitigation for global clients.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership skills.
• English Proficiency (C1-C2)

This job can be filled in Brazil in a mostly remote role.
