Freelance, or Zoho Recruit) is an asset. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues, identify root causes and develop innovative solutions. Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders. Speaking English fluently and excellent English writing skills, with the ability to communicate with a global team effectively and clients. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Innovative data-driven person with excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making. Experience working remotely with tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Docs, with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate in a virtual environment. Strong ownership and ability to work fully independently, with the ability to take initiative and drive results. Time is flexible with a good sense of work/life balance, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
