Position Overview: As part of our continued growth, Axonius Federal Systems is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers—driving adoption, expanding use cases, and acting as the liaison between customers, Support, and Engineering. You’ll ultimately be responsible for ensuring customer success, satisfaction, and long-term value from the Axonius platform. Key Responsibilities: Train customers on effective use of the Axonius platform Confidently demonstrate new features and functionality as they are released Build and maintain strong, trusted customer relationships Proactively identify and expand customer use cases Lead regular check-ins and QBRs with both technical and executive stakeholders, ensuring discussions result in documented decisions, action items, owners, and timelines Partner with customers and Product teams on feature requests and set clear expectations Own customer escalations from intake through resolution by coordinating across Support, Engineering, Product, and account teams, maintaining clear customer communication, and ensuring timely follow-through on next steps Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Active security clearance required 3+ years of combined experience in customer-facing roles across software, technology, security, or account management, with demonstrated experience supporting DoD and/or federal customers Strong understanding of Internet protocols (e.g., HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP, SSH, SMB, FTP, Telnet, LDAP/LDAPS) Working knowledge of data formats and structures (JSON, CSV, SQL/NoSQL) Familiarity with networking concepts (firewalls, routers), endpoint security technologies (AV, EDR, malware detection), cloud security principles, and vulnerability management Basic understanding of Python Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with APIs in real-world applications Basic scripting or coding knowledge in Python, Bash, Batch, and/or PowerShell Axonius Federal Systems is committed to fair and equitable compensation packages.
