DCRM is an AI-powered CRM and automation platform built on GoHighLevel for dental practices globally. We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who loves talking to people and is technical enough to explain "why isn't this working?" live on a call.
What you will do
- Be the named account manager for a set of dental practices.
- Build real rapport with Front Office Coordinators and practice managers, learn how each practice runs, and connect their goals to DCRM features.
- Run regular check-ins and structured progress reviews tied to each practice's objectives.
- Answer technical questions on the call, and escalate deeper issues fast to our GHL Systems Analyst.
- Deal with phone providers and other vendors yourself, so clients never have to chase.
- Grow healthy accounts through well-timed upsell and renewal conversations. Our Head of Sales & Product handles pricing and contracts.
This is a relationship role, not a ticket queue. Day-to-day support tickets sit with our support team.
What you bring
- 3+ years in technical account management, customer success or account management with SaaS or healthcare clients.
- Excellent spoken and written English, and genuine curiosity about how businesses work.
- A working understanding of CRMs, automations, call routing and voice AI. GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus.
- Dental or healthcare front office experience is a bonus.
The details
- MYR 6,500 to 8,500 per month.
- A dedicated full-time role, no side work.
- Remote from Malaysia. Working hours are aligned to our clients' business hours, mainly early mornings Malaysian time (for example 7:00 am to 3:00 pm), 8 hours a day.
- Shortlisted applicants complete a short paid test.
How to apply
Email eric@dcrm.io with the subject line "Connecting the dots: Technical Account Manager", your CV, and a link to a video of 2 minutes or less (Loom or any screen/video recording tool is fine) where you answer out loud, as if speaking to them: a Front Office Coordinator says the AI receptionist "isn't booking anyone". What do you do on that call, and after it? Please make sure the link opens without signing in.
Applications without the subject line and the video will not be reviewed.
