Technical Account Manager

• Turn those requirements into technical architectures and user acceptance criteria for LLM-based and agentic deployments.

• Explain architecture choices to clients, and explain business considerations to engineers.

• Build client-specific features yourself with coding assistants, and open the pull requests.

• Handle clients well: manage expectations and close out deliveries.

• Source new deals, and turn current projects into long-term recurring contracts and further implementations.

• Advise leadership on the platform product roadmap, based on what you learn from clients.

• Work with and mentor junior AI engineers.

What you will be working on

• Leading client engagements from discovery to sign-off

• Designing and shipping agentic deployments in production cloud environments

• Building MVPs quickly, putting them in front of clients and iterating

• Feeding client insights into the platform roadmap

• Growing accounts into recurring, multi-phase relationships

Minimum qualifications

• 4-5+ years of software engineering in project-delivery settings (consulting, agency or client-facing delivery teams)

• Demonstrated experience deploying AI agents. Personal projects count, as long as you can explain the architectural decisions behind them and the trade-offs you made.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in a 0-to-1 startup

• Production experience with agentic AI in cloud environments

• Hands-on with AI coding tools, Claude Managed Agents, context and harness engineering, and agentic evals and observability

• Inference engineering and AI cost optimization

• Highly capable at structuring ambiguous problems

You don't need experience in all of these. We do expect you to get up to speed on any of them within a week or two of learning and trying.
