Position Summary

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as a vital link between MediStreams and our clients, providing technical expertise, support, and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle. This role ensures successful onboarding, fosters strong client relationships, and facilitates ongoing engagement with MediStreams’ platform and services. The TAM works cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience, optimize client performance, and support strategic account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for assigned client accounts, from onboarding through ongoing support.
• Lead technical integration efforts in coordination with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Translate client requirements into actionable implementation plans and oversee successful delivery.
• Monitor client performance metrics, address escalations, and identify opportunities for workflow enhancements.
• Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their operational goals and aligning them with MediStreams solutions.
• Conduct regular check-ins and technical reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MediStreams products, integration capabilities, and healthcare RCM trends.
• Ensure all activities comply with HIPAA, internal security policies, and healthcare data standards.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, business, healthcare, IT, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Implementation Specialist, or similar client-facing technical role.
• Understanding of healthcare RCM workflows, EDI, and integration processes is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, multitask, and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills, both technical and client-focused.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
