Technical Account Manager (TAM)

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence. The Impact You’ll Make In this role, you will serve as the senior post-sales technical leader responsible for ensuring our top enterprise customers successfully deploy, migrate, and realize sustained value. You will: Technical Ownership & Production Health: Serve as the primary technical contact post-sale, monitoring system stability, performance, and scalability while proactively leading technical escalations to resolution. Deployment Oversight & Strategic Guidance: Oversee complex implementations and migrations from legacy systems by providing expert advice on semantic layer design, platform strategy, and AI enablement. Adoption, Value & Advocacy: Drive the usage of new capabilities and influence the product roadmap by representing field insights to our Engineering teams. Who You Are You are comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly. You value quality over speed and are curious about using AI to improve efficiency. You have 7+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or Solutions Architecture, with deep knowledge of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
