Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed estimates, quotations, and proposals that align with customer requirements and company standards. Conduct on-site and virtual meetings with customers to foster trust and drive business growth. Act as a primary point of contact to proactively address customers' questions, challenges, and feedback. Oversee the full sales cycle and maintain an active pipeline within the designated Lower Mainland territory. Identify, engage, and educate potential customers on product offerings, ensuring solutions are tailored to their needs. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships that support continued sales opportunities. Consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience focused on responsiveness and satisfaction. Manage personal scheduling and follow-up activities with strong organization and independence. What you bring: A high level of ownership and accountability throughout the full sales and project lifecycle. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical product knowledge into clear and compelling client conversations. Reliability and consistency — clients and teammates can count on you to follow through on commitments. A consultative approach with genuine interest in helping customers find the right roofing and solar solutions. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to independently plan and coordinate client visits. Must have a valid BC Driver's License.
