About the team:
As the Technical Alliances Partnership Lead at CGS, you will lead key technical partner programs and strategic integration initiatives within our U.S. public sector business. This role manages end-to-end alliance relationships with a focus on how blockchain intelligence and data integrate with partner platforms, tools, and workflows. You will work closely with Account Executives, Federal System Integrators (FSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and technical alliance partners to drive pipeline growth, enhance solution capability, and align with major government programs. Applying deep domain expertise in data-and-software partner ecosystems, you will build influential cross-functional relationships and convert technical alignment into actionable, revenue-generating Go-To-Market strategies..
In this role, you’ll:
Lead technical alliance initiatives and partner programs across the CGS ecosystem, aligning channel and software integration strategies with direct sales and business leadership.
Drive joint Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy with FSIs, software/platform vendors, resellers, and alliance partners, identifying synergies where CGS data enhances partner platforms and tools.
Evaluate and champion technical capability integrations with key partners, understanding how data solutions connect with partner software without needing to perform hands-on engineering.
Apply research, qualitative/quantitative metrics, and critical thinking to deconstruct operational and technical alignment challenges, identify pipeline trends, and optimize alliance performance.
Establish influential, effective working relationships with internal product, sales, and service teams, as well as external partner product and business development leads.
Convey complex technical, process, and integration concepts clearly and precisely to both technical and business stakeholders across government and partner organizations.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to resolve complex integration blockers, explore agile partner engagement models, and scale partner-led pipeline.
Track and report on key program KPIs, including partner-influenced and partner-generated pipeline and joint solution adoption.
Provide informal guidance, coaching, and enablement to allied internal teams on technical partner workflows, integration strategies, and ecosystem dynamics.
Operate with high agility and limited supervision under general direction and strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
5–8+ years of professional experience in technical alliances, strategic data/SaaS partnerships, or solution-focused partner management within high-growth tech or public sector sales environments.
Proven experience evaluating and executing technical capability integrations with partners, specifically understanding how data providers integrate and co-exist with partner software platforms, analytical tools, and visualization technologies.
Strong domain expertise in public sector partner ecosystems, with hands-on experience collaborating alongside Federal System Integrators (FSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), resellers, or advisory firms. Experience supporting classified U.S. Government (USG) programs or customers is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical partner programs and projects of moderate scope, translating overarching strategy into agile, executable joint GTM initiatives.
Highly analytical and agile mindset—able to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to deconstruct technical or operational integration challenges and optimize program pipeline.
Exceptional communication and cross-functional bridging skills—capable of translating complex data, product, and technical architecture concepts clearly to both technical leads and business executives.
Proven track record of building influential, effective working relationships across internal product, sales, and engineering teams, as well as external partner ecosystem leads.
High autonomy and self-starter mindset—comfortable operating with limited supervision under general direction and high-level strategic objectives.
Versatile and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
