Our client is advisor, designer, and developer who help pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare organisations overcome technology challenges, build innovative business models, optimise and automate processes and increase customer satisfaction. Our client is a long-term partner with who we have multiple projects in the pharmaceutical industry. We are building and supporting for them a tracking system for the manufacture of drugs. It is a very responsible and valuable project, and we strive to provide our clients with the best talents that we can. That`s where you come. WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH: Collecting technical and business requests, user requirements management. Communication with Clients, Head of PM, R&D Managers, Head of BA, Software Architects. Proficient in strategic functional architecture and its analysis and management. 3+ years of Business Analyst or similar position, involved in analytical solving of business problems Works through all phases of the life cycle of a product, making sure information and feedback flow between business and user; Substantial experience in delivering projects of various sizes and functional complexity. Sound knowledge of project lifecycle from initiation to implementation and supporting program management. Knowledge in Validated systems will be a plus Good knowledge and understanding of relational databases and data structures organization. You must have 2+ years of practical development experience, giving deeper look to the engineering problems that could be faced during a product scope definition. Capable of documenting standard operating procedures. PROVEN SKILLS IN: Have a precise eye for detail, usability, UCD (User Centered Design); Able to create and define effective User Journeys in regard to the project requirements; Flawless usage of Wireframing/prototyping tools like AxureRP, Balsamiq or Sketch; Be excellent in visualize complex workflows through flow- diagrams Very experienced in writing use cases, user stories, functional specifications, project requirements documents, and other documents required for your project. You are a communication bridge between customers and engineers, documenting and clarifying each sides perspective and pain points. You possess a technical level of understanding including an in-depth understanding of the software development life cycle.
