We are looking for a highly experienced
Technical Business Analyst
with
8+ years of experience
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
Agile development methodologies
, software development lifecycles, and requirements gathering. You will play a crucial role in
bridging business needs with technical execution
, ensuring smooth collaboration between
business stakeholders, development teams, and product management
.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead
requirements gathering sessions
, document user stories, and ensure clarity in technical and functional requirements.
Convert
technical & architecture user stories
into well-defined engineering tasks.
Plan and maintain
user stories and technical tasks
ahead of 2-3 sprints.
Identify
user personas
and define
functional requirements
accordingly.
Work closely with business stakeholders to manage
scope creep
, assess
feasibility
, and provide
level of effort analysis
.
Ensure
ticket backlog grooming
and maintain a
prioritized product roadmap
.
Coordinate across
multiple enterprise-scale projects and cross-functional teams
.
Collaborate with
development and QA teams
to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years
of experience as a
Technical Business Analyst.
Strong knowledge of
software development lifecycles (Agile, SDLC, Testing).
Experience in
defining epics, stories, and tasks
for client-facing products.
Proven ability to work in
large matrix organizations
with multiple teams.
Excellent
communication and collaboration skills
in a remote setting.
Bachelors degree
in Computer Science or a related field.
Agile certification
(preferred).
AWS certification
(a plus).
