- Facilitate scoping discussions to define objectives, use cases, dependencies, constraints, open questions, assumptions, and key decisions.
- Maintain organized project and requirements documentation, including meeting notes, action items, decision logs, issue lists, requirement updates, and testing feedback.
- Assist with user acceptance testing by helping define test scenarios, capturing stakeholder feedback, documenting issues, and confirming whether solutions align with documented requirements.
- Support change management and adoption efforts by coordinating stakeholder communication, preparing user guidance, documenting process changes, and supporting training or rollout activities.
- Special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, systems analysis, technical project management, or a related role.
- Familiarity with Power BI, including the ability to build dashboards, create basic reports, and work hands-on with data visualization needs.
- Prior experience supporting custom application development, software implementation, workflow automation, AI solutions, or similar technology projects.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts, Agile practices, testing, release support, or change request processes.
- Experience using project or documentation tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar platforms.
Other:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Comfort working with technical teams and discussing software, systems, data, workflows, or application development concepts.
