Overviewa

We are seeking highly experienced Tech Business Analysts / AVP to join a major financial services transformation programme. This is a high-profile opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering complex change across a large-scale, reagulated environment.

The successful candidates will bring a strong blend of technology business analysis, data expertise, and operating model / TOM experience, with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and drive clarity in a fast-paced transformation setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business, technology, and change stakeholders to define and deliver requirements
  
• Analyse complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business insight
  
• Support the design and delivery of Target Operating Models (TOM) and future-state operating structures
  
• Contribute to large-scale transformation and change initiatives across a regulated financial services environment
  
• Facilitate workshops, capture requirements, and support end-to-end solution definition
  
• Work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to ensure delivery alignment and business readiness
  

Experience & Skills Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Tech BA within financial services
  
• Strong background in data analysis, data-led change, or data transformation
  
• Hands-on experience with operating model / TOM design or implementation
  
• Experience supporting large-scale change or transformation programmes
  
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed environment
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to Financial Crime programmes or related regulatory change
  
• Experience in a large, global or tier-one financial institution
  
• Understanding of governance, controls, and delivery within regulated environments
