Technical Business Analyst W2 Hybrid Uptown

Description

The candidate will work closely with both business and technology teams to understand what needs to be built and help design how different systems connect and share information. On a day-to-day basis, they'll gather requirements, map out processes and data flows, document system integrations, and help ensure solutions meet business needs.

A big part of the role will be participating in design discussions with developers and architects, especially around payment-related applications and integrations. They're essentially the bridge between the business and technical teams, helping turn ideas and requirements into well-designed, implementable solutions.

The managers expectation in this role will be a Technical BA who can operate alongside architects and

engineering teams, helping shape payment solutions, integrations, APIs, and end-to-end system designs.

Candidates will need to speak to their role in payments projects (payment processing, transaction

flows, settlement, reconciliation, ISO 20022, ACH, wire, card, real-time payments, etc.) and how they are technical enough to sit in design

conversations and contribute meaningfully rather than just capture notes. Needs someone who can essentially participate in these conversations and do the documentation along the way.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
