Position Title: Technical Campaign Manager
Client Account: Samsung
Location: Plano, TX
Work Model: Hybrid
Team: CRM Deployment (Technical Campaign Management), reporting to the Technical Campaign Lead and paired with the Senior Technical Campaign Manager
Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate

Position Overview
The Technical Campaign Manager keeps Samsung's CRM campaigns moving from brief to send for the assigned lines of business. The role takes campaign requirements from the LOB teams, makes sure the technical brief is complete and correct, and coordinates the development and QA teams so each campaign is delivered within SLA.

You will work in a pair with the Senior Technical Campaign Manager, handle the day-to-day delivery of your LOBs, and build deep CRM technical skills that prepare you for a senior role.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements and brief validation
  • Understand each LOB's campaign requirements and goals.
  • Review the technical brief (List Plan, URL Matrix, ALT text, Legal Terms and creative assets) for gaps and errors before it goes to development.
  • Follow up with the client on missing or unclear items.
Campaign delivery and tracking
  • Keep the campaign calendar and status tracker current for your LOBs.
  • Make sure every build moves through development and QA within SLA.
  • Flag risks to the timeline early to the Senior Technical Campaign Manager and the client.
QA coordination
  • Work with the QA team on test plans, rendering checks in tools such as Litmus, and link and data checks.
  • Confirm QA sign-off before each send.
Issue management and RCA support
  • Identify delays and errors as they happen and give the development team clear fix requirements.
  • Gather the facts and timeline for RCA reports to the client.
Client communication and documentation
  • Prepare status updates and take part in regular client and internal meetings.
  • Maintain playbooks, checklists and brief templates for your LOBs.
  • Use AI tools to speed up brief checks, tracking and reporting.
Required Qualifications
  • 3–4 years in CRM, email marketing or marketing operations, at an agency or in-house at a consumer brand.
  • Working knowledge of segmentation, email HTML and QA tools such as Litmus.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform, such as Adobe Campaign or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several campaigns at once.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with clients and development teams.
  • Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner certification and hands-on email HTML skills are a strong plus.
  • Basic understanding of dynamic personalization, AMP email and STO is a plus.
