Technical Compliance Officer

We are looking for a technical compliance professional with hands-on experience in iGaming game certification, regulatory requirements and information security. In this role, you will own the certification process end to end and act as the key compliance partner for Product and Engineering, translating technical requirements into clear regulatory guidance and ensuring products and systems meet applicable standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years in game certification, test-lab, QA or technical compliance within iGaming, experience with recognised technical gaming standards.
• Understanding of B2B game supplier operations and platform architecture.
• Information security management knowledge (ISO 27001 or equivalent).
• Able to translate technical specifications into regulatory positions and vice versa.
• Structured, evidence driven, comfortable working directly with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Run the game certification process end to end: pre-development compliance review, pre-submission checks, test-lab coordination, tracking and closure of findings.
• Maintain the jurisdiction product and feature allowability matrices, advise Product before development starts.
• Map technical standards (RNG, game logs, data retention, geoblocking, change management) against jurisdictional requirements.
• Review change requests for regulatory impact and recertification triggers.
• Support information security certification: control ownership, evidence collection, internal audits.
• Prepare technical compliance confirmations and system descriptions for regulators and clients.
• Coordinate penetration testing, remediation tracking and access reviews with the technology team.
