About the Company

The company has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Technical Consultant who can turn early customer requirements into working integrations quickly. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Technical Consultant, you will scope and deliver integrations for the company's earliest customers, working closely with the founding team.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design

• Translate customer or business requirements into scoped technical solutions
• Evaluate integration options and recommend the right approach
• Prototype and validate solutions before handing off to delivery teams

Delivery & Enablement

• Support implementation and configuration during rollout
• Document solutions clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Train internal teams or customers on the solutions delivered

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or implementation role
• Comfortable moving between technical detail and business-level explanation
• Strong problem-solving skills and a bias for validating before building
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with API integrations or a relevant platform ecosystem
• A background in software engineering or solutions architecture
