Our product HRnet is a leading Human Resources Information System (designed and developed as a Web application), covering Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Management, Travel management and other HR modules and processes. The Role We are looking for a Technical Consultant (SQL) to join our growing team in Croatia. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with a consultative mindset, working closely with developers, business analysts and clients to deliver robust HR technology solutions. This role will work with our public sector customers and will require 5 days per week onsite at our clients in Zagreb. You will play a key role in designing, implementing and optimising SQL-based solutions, supporting system integrations and helping customers maximise the value of the HRnet platform. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain technical solutions within the HRnet application Create and optimise SQL procedures, scripts and database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Support system integrations and data migration projects for new and existing clients Collaborate with developers, consultants and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and support phases Communicate with clients to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions What do you have to offer?
