This role will be responsible for the hands-on execution and reporting of customer relationship management activities within the ESP, with a primary focus on email and SMS campaign builds, segmentation, and performance tracking. Working closely with the broader CRM team, you will ensure timely and effective deployment of campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer engagement and retention.
As part of a global team managing multiple brands, you will support CRM strategy execution by building, testing, and analysing campaign performance. This role is highly collaborative, requiring interaction with brand, creative, and analytics teams to ensure best-in-class customer experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
Build, test, and deploy email and SMS campaigns within the ESP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
Utilize ESP tools to create and manage audience segments, implementing personalization strategies to enhance engagement.
Maintain campaign workflows, automation, and customer journeys within the ESP, ensuring efficient execution and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Track and analyze key email and SMS performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and generate insights to improve future campaigns.
Set up and analyze A/B tests to refine subject lines, content, send times, and segmentation strategies.
Work with brand and creative teams to ensure email templates, dynamic content, and assets align with brand guidelines and best practices.
Work closely with trade, marketing, and insights teams to align CRM efforts with broader business objectives.
Assist in data collection and reporting to help inform strategy and decision-making.
Stay up to date with email and SMS marketing best practices, deliverability standards, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).=
What you’ll bring:
Hands-on ESP Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience working within an ESP (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable) to build and execute campaigns.
Campaign Execution Skills: Experience in email/SMS campaign setup, template editing, scheduling, and automation workflows.
Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker) with the ability to analyse performance metrics and generate insights.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
