  • Deliver hands-on training for property administrators, front desk staff, and maintenance/engineering/security teams

  • Verify each user group can independently perform its core system functions, and obtain customer training sign-offs before project completion

  • Complete implementation checklists and provide daily progress updates to the Project Manager

  • Review database builds completed by vendor trainers

End-User Technical Support & On-Call
  • Provide technical support to end users alongside our technical support agent, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

  • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation every other week, including weekends, responding to customer emergencies (support for critical systems outages only)

  • Document support cases and resolutions to strengthen our troubleshooting resources

Delivery Quality, Documentation & Continuous Improvement
  • Support technical QA and vendor onboarding

  • Build and improve technical standards, documentation, and troubleshooting resources

  • Identify recurring technical failures, delivery gaps, and process inefficiencies

  • and understanding how those systems interact together in real-world deployments.

Working Style
