Technical Delivery Manager (Healthcare / Medicaid)

📍 Location: Remote 📄 Duration: Long-Term Contract 💼 Experience: 10+ Years We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with a strong Healthcare/Medicaid background to lead enterprise application delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and drive large-scale technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise healthcare applications from planning through production. Manage Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and technical resources to ensure successful project execution. Collaborate with business, architecture, engineering, QA, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Drive project planning, resource allocation, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and delivery best practices. Mentor teams, monitor performance, and support continuous process improvement. Oversee cloud-native application delivery and modern technology adoption. Required Skills 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Technical Delivery/Project Management . Strong experience in Healthcare , with Medicaid domain expertise . Experience managing enterprise software development and delivery teams. Good understanding of Cloud-Native Architecture, Microservices, NoSQL, and Enterprise Applications . Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior hands-on software development experience. Agile/Scrum certification is a plus. Experience delivering large-scale healthcare modernization initiatives.
