Auxilion are looking for a Technical Design Authority to align with our team in Dublin. The working pattern is hybrid, with two days onsite in Dublin and 3 days remote.
Contract - 12 months
Projects range from Hybrid Cloud, based on HPe Greenlake and Azure, End User Compute, Network, Security, infrastructure and Digital transformation.
• As a Technical Design Authority you will play a crucial role in collaborating with Project Managers, Sales, Customer Delivery Managers, Technical Teams and External Stakeholders to advise on future proof designs and deployments.
• The position is both hands-on and hands-off, your strong technical background will be essential in ensuring the successful verification and implementation of detailed technical design solutions for identified project requirements.
• The right candidate must be able to clearly explain the benefits and underlying concepts. They must also be able to articulate how we can help customers realise the benefits
What will you be doing:
- Provide comprehensive technical design evaluation for enterprise-level Infrastructure solutions.
- Lead the technical assessment and delivery of specific technical solutions.
- Engage in adept technical problem-solving across diverse technologies, often pioneering new methods to address unique situations.
- Demonstrate in-depth expertise and versatility in designing and scoping multiple deliverables spanning various technologies
Be a “trusted expert advisor” when needed - maintaining detailed industry knowledge.

- Proven experience in technical HLD and LLD design and solution implementation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders. Able to present to clients a C Level
- Ability to think critically and offer innovative solutions to complex technical requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise across a range of technologies relevant to the consultancy domain.
- Experience of designing & implementing multi-vendor, multi-layered, infrastructure solutions for medium-large enterprise spanning multiple sites
- Experience of migrations, on-prem and tenant for medium-large enterprise spanning multiple sites
- Strong business, commercial and risk management awareness with proven ability in the application of technical design governance.
- Technical consultancy experience covering a variety of clients, a formal solution design and development methodology, formal project lifecycle experience, and experience of leading the technical design and implementation of a number of significant projects.
- Have a “can do” approach
- Show a willingness to learn and progress with new technology developments.
- Ideally over 5 years’ experience of working as a TDA within a professional services environment, including 5+ within the IT industry
