Our pass rate is low - we filter most candidates we interview and wish to keep the bar high to satisfy our promise to clients of providing low-volume high-quality candidates. What we are looking for We are looking for technical interviews that take up 45-minute coding sessions with candidates for our most demanding positions. We want technical interviewers who pass the interview they give, as well as provide feedback to candidates. You will be using Coderbyte and Ashby to assess candidates in our pool, and possibly more opportunities. Requirements 3 years of experience or more in a Product Startup or equivalent experience Experience passing Live coding interviews at companies Fluent in a popular language (javascript, python, ruby, etc) for Backend Challenges Fluent in Frontend and React for Frontend Challenges Interview Process Silver.dev Technical Interview + Screening (1hr)
