Job Description
This is a remote position.
The Technical Lead will provide technical leadership for product development teams, ensuring scalable architecture, high-quality code, and successful product delivery. You will work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, UI/UX Designers, Engineers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into robust, secure, and scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of digital products from concept to deployment.
Define system architecture and engineering standards for scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for engineering teams.
Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Drive API-first development and integration with third-party platforms and payment systems.
Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.
Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
Oversee CI/CD processes, deployment strategies, and production readiness.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure product quality and successful releases.
Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical backlog prioritization.
Required Qualifications
9+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
Proven experience leading cross-functional product development teams.
Strong experience building scalable web, mobile, or fintech applications.
Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in remote, distributed Agile teams.
