Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Lead with solid full-stack development skills, practical experience using AI tools, and the ability to build and manage a team.
This role requires hands-on responsibility for developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the company's existing websites and systems, covering frontend, backend, databases, and API integration. The candidate will also build a technical team from scratch based on business needs, oversee recruitment, task allocation, development progress, and quality management, and drive the adoption of AI tools and automated workflows.
The ideal candidate should combine hands-on technical skills with leadership capabilities, independently resolve technical issues, and establish a team and development processes that can operate sustainably.

Job Responsibilities-
1. Full-Stack Development & System Maintenance

• Personally develop, maintain, and optimize the company's websites, internal systems, and databases.
• Resolve issues related to frontend interfaces, responsive layouts, interactive features, and backend logic.
• Take over and understand existing code, analyze the causes of issues, implement changes, and verify test results.
• Use browser Developer Tools and related tools to troubleshoot issues, ensure stable system operation, and continuously improve performance.

2. API Integration & Technical Troubleshooting

• Read API documentation, test endpoints using Postman or similar tools, and complete system integration and data integration.
• Troubleshoot API connections, asynchronous requests, data transfers, and system integration issues.
• Communicate and coordinate with third-party technical vendors to follow up on and resolve technical issues.
• Properly handle private API keys, access permissions, and duplicate submission risks for write endpoints.

3. Technical Team Building & Management

• Build the company's technical team from scratch, planning the team structure and hiring needs based on business requirements.
• Participate in interviews, capability assessments, and recruitment of technical talent.
• Allocate development tasks, set priorities, and oversee progress and delivery quality.
• Guide and train team members, conduct code reviews, and improve the team's overall capabilities.

4. AI Tools & Automation

• Use ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or other AI tools to assist with coding, debugging, and system development.
• Review, test, and validate AI-generated code to ensure quality and security.
• Research and evaluate suitable AI tools and automated workflows to improve the team's development efficiency.
• Promote the use of AI tools within the team and establish relevant guidelines and working practices.

5. Internal System Planning & Development

• Understand the business needs of each department and plan and develop internal management systems.
• Integrate data and processes across departments to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and guide developers in completing projects, ensuring systems are easy to use, maintain, and expand.

6. Development Processes & Technical Asset Management

• Establish SOPs for the technical team covering version control, code reviews, testing, updates, deployment, and issue resolution.
• Manage source code, system files, configurations, technical documentation, and related access permissions.
• Ensure the security of company data, systems, and technical assets.
• Establish documentation and handover procedures to reduce the dependence of systems and development deliverables on any single employee.

Job Requirements-

• Solid full-stack development experience, with the ability to independently handle frontend, backend, and system issues.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript, with the ability to independently write, read, and modify code.
• Ability to create responsive layouts using Flexbox, Grid, and Media Queries.
• Understanding of DOM manipulation, event binding, dynamic content loading, and asynchronous requests.
• Familiarity with at least one backend development language or framework, as well as database technologies.
• Experience with API integration, including reading API documentation and testing endpoints using Postman or similar tools.
• Familiarity with browser Developer Tools, with the ability to troubleshoot issues using Console, Network, and Elements.
• Ability to take over others' code and clearly explain the causes of issues, the changes made, and the test results.
• Understanding of frontend and backend responsibilities, private API key protection, and duplicate submission risks.
• Familiarity with Git, code reviews, testing, and system deployment processes.
• Practical experience using AI tools to assist with coding and development.
• Previous involvement in technical recruitment, team building, or technical team management.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical solutions to management.

Preferred Skills-

• Experience developing AI Agents or AI Automation.
• Familiarity with MCP and the configuration of AI Agent-related tools.
• Development experience with PHP and MySQL.
• Familiarity with cloud servers, domains, DNS, SSL, and website deployment.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Previous experience developing membership, rewards, order, or transaction record systems.
• Previous experience building a technical team from scratch in a growing company.
