We are looking for a Technical Lead/Architect to take charge of technology selection and system architecture design for the platform, ensuring high performance and scalability.

  • 领导技术团队，监督代码质量和技术实现。

Key Responsibilities:

  • Select appropriate technology stack and development frameworks for web and WeChat Mini Programs.
  • Design system architecture to ensure high availability and scalability of the platform.
  • Lead the technical team, supervise code quality and technical implementation.
  • Coordinate frontend and backend development to ensure seamless integration of system components.
  • Develop a technology roadmap to ensure technology selection meets future requirements.
  • Stay updated with cutting-edge technologies to continuously optimize and improve system architecture.


Requirements

任职要求：

  • 5年以上系统架构设计和技术管理经验，有大型系统设计和实施经验。
  • 熟悉Web开发技术栈（如Node.js、React）和微信小程序开发。
  • 具备微服务架构和云服务（如AWS、Azure）经验。
  • 了解数据库设计和优化（如SQL、NoSQL）。
  • 具有良好的团队领导和沟通能力。

Requirements:

  • Over 8 years of experience in system architecture design and technical management, with experience in designing and implementing large-scale systems.
  • Familiar with web development technology stacks (e.g., Node.js, React) and WeChat Mini Program development.
  • Experience in microservices architecture and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of database design and optimization (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Strong team leadership and communication skills.
