- Contributing to central initiatives and continuous improvement
What you’ll bring
- We’re looking for someone who combines technical depth with commercial thinking and leadership presence:
- Strong experience in insurance policy wording, coverage and technical advisory
- Deep understanding of risk transfer and insurance programme design
- Proven ability to interpret complex policy language and provide clear guidance
- Experience working with brokers, insurers and complex corporate clients
- Ideally a legal qualification and experience in the legal space
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop and uplift teams
Why Aon?

- You’ll work with some of the most complex and varied client portfolios in NZ
- Your expertise will genuinely influence client outcomes and product direction
- You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing and driven by purpose team
- We invest in our people — with opportunities to grow, lead and make a real impact
