Technical Manager

Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers at GPCP® | البرنامج المهني للمشتريات والعقود الحكومية is a part-time, remote role focused on organizing, supporting, and engaging volunteers across various programs and initiatives. The coordinator plans and schedules volunteer activities, maintains accurate records, and ensures clear communication between volunteers, program leaders, and stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include onboarding and training volunteers, responding to inquiries, preparing materials, and monitoring volunteer performance and satisfaction. The role also involves assisting with virtual events, coordinating community-focused projects, and contributing to the development of volunteer policies and procedures. The coordinator is expected to use digital tools to manage volunteer information, track participation, and prepare regular reports on volunteer engagement and impact.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training to effectively recruit, onboard, and support volunteers.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build trust, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with volunteers and partners.
• Candidates should possess skills in Community Outreach to promote volunteer opportunities and strengthen engagement with external communities.
• Experience coordinating volunteers in nonprofit, governmental, or educational settings is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines using digital collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Proficiency in basic office software and online communication platforms; familiarity with volunteer management systems is an advantage.
• Relevant education or training in public administration, social sciences, community development, or a related field is preferred.
