The role

Neural Concept is looking for a Technical Marketing Engineer to turn emerging engineering technologies into compelling demonstrations, technical content and joint partner stories.

You will explore how Neural Concept can work with technologies from partners, primarily NVIDIA, and prototype new engineering workflows. You will then translate that work into strong demos, videos and articles that make our technical depth tangible to the market.

Your content work will also extend beyond partner initiatives. You will stay close to our Research, Frontier, Vertical Solutions and Product teams to understand what they are building, identify stories worth taking to market and produce technical content independently. You will turn the work into a technically credible article explaining the method, findings and implications.

This role sits within Marketing and works closely with Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Research, Product, Engineering and our Vertical Solutions teams.

Your mission

Make Neural Concept’s technical capabilities visible and understandable.

You will combine hands-on engineering work with strong market judgement. You will start with the audience and the story we want to tell, then build the right prototype or content to prove it.

The goal is to create credible and visually strong demonstrations of what becomes possible when Neural Concept connects with emerging AI and engineering technologies. These are marketing prototypes, not production-ready integrations. They must communicate the concept clearly and remain technically accurate.

What you will do

Drive technical co-builds with partners

  • Explore partner technologies and identify where they can create new engineering workflows with Neural Concept.

  • Lead technical co-build initiatives, with an initial focus on the NVIDIA ecosystem, including technologies such as PhysicsNeMo, Warp, Omniverse and agentic frameworks.

  • Build prototypes that combine Neural Concept capabilities with partner products and infrastructure.

  • Work directly with partner technical and marketing teams to shape joint stories.

  • Turn technical exploration into demos, videos, event content and other co-marketing assets.

  • Identify new opportunities for joint content, launches and market visibility.

Produce technical marketing content

  • Write technically grounded articles, explainers and demo narratives.

  • Create and present demos for partners, events, campaigns and executive conversations.

  • Develop demo scripts and work with design or video specialists to produce polished assets.

  • Repackage internal prototypes and engineering work into content that external audiences can understand and remember.

  • Help Product and Partner Marketing communicate technical mechanisms precisely, without unnecessary complexity.

Build for the audience

  • Define the audience, message and desired outcome before starting technical work.

  • Make deliberate choices about what needs to work end to end and what can remain a prototype.

  • Prioritise a clear story, strong visual execution and market relevance.

  • Simplify the experience without oversimplifying the technology.

  • Validate technical claims with the relevant internal experts before publication.

What we are looking for

  • A strong engineering background

  • The ability to build technical prototypes independently. Experience with Python and AI or engineering software is strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of one or more relevant areas: machine learning, physics AI, simulation, CAD/CAE, geometry processing, engineering software or agentic systems.

  • Evidence that you can explain technical subjects through writing, demos or video.

  • A marketing-first mindset. You think about the audience and the intended reaction, not only the technical implementation.

  • Strong visual and product judgement. You care about how a demo looks and how clearly it communicates value.

  • Comfort working with external technology partners and coordinating across technical and marketing teams.

  • The ability to move quickly through ambiguity and build enough to prove a concept.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

This role may suit you if

  • You are an engineer who has repeatedly moved towards storytelling, demos, content or developer marketing.

  • You enjoy experimenting with new technologies and immediately think about how to show their value.

  • You want to influence how a deep-tech company presents its capabilities to the market.

  • You prefer building a convincing prototype and narrative over maintaining production systems.

  • You can challenge a technically impressive idea when it does not serve the audience or the message.

This role is probably not for you if

  • Your primary interest is delivering reliable customer implementations or maintaining production integrations.

  • You optimise technical work without considering how an external audience will understand it.

  • You see writing, storytelling and visual presentation as tasks to hand over after the engineering work is complete.

  • You are uncomfortable making pragmatic trade-offs when building exploratory prototypes.

How the role complements Product Marketing

Our Product and Technology Marketing function owns the broader product narrative, positioning and business value. The Technical Marketing Engineer brings deeper hands-on engineering capacity.

The two roles work together: Product Marketing defines the story and market context; the Technical Marketing Engineer explores the technology, builds the proof and contributes the technical content.

What success looks like

Within the first year, you will have:

  • Established a repeatable technical co-build motion with NVIDIA and other priority partners.

  • Produced partner demonstrations that create concrete content, event and relationship opportunities.

  • Built a steady flow of high-quality technical articles, demos and videos.

  • Made complex Neural Concept capabilities easier to understand without weakening their technical substance.

  • Become the bridge between Marketing, Engineering and partner technical teams.

We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment where you can thrive.
