In un’ottica di potenziamento dei servizi di certificazione e ispezioni rivolti al mercato industriale e commerciale, la risorsa, gestirà e coordinerà l’insieme delle attività interne supportando lo sviluppo del business ed avrà la responsabilità di: Coordinare le fasi di proposta e rilascio delle offerte; Gestire la delivery delle commesse, in coerenza con gli obiettivi di budget e con la corretta distribuzione delle risorse; Supervisionare i processi interni di accreditamento e qualifica e curare i rapporti con i relativi organismi; Elaborare la reportistica; Partecipare ai meeting di gruppo (tecnici e manageriali); Presenziare alle Fiere / Convegni; Sviluppare nuovi schemi di certificazione; Interfacciarsi con le aziende DEKRA negli altri paesi; Essere responsabile del Profit & Loss della propria Business Line. REQUISITI MINIMI Diploma e/o laurea in discipline tecnico/scientifiche Esperienza (almeno 5 anni) nell’ambito della certificazione di prodotto, sistemi di gestione e/o figure professionali; Padronanza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata) Buon network nel settore di riferimento Ottime doti manageriali, relazionali e comunicative Forte orientamento ai risultati Capacità di gestione del team di lavoro REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI Disponibilità immediata Provenienza da Organismi di Certificazione, Ispezione e Testing Qualifica come auditor e/o ispettore e/o esaminatore Conoscenza dei nuovi servizi in materia di sostenibilità Capacità di monitorare le tendenze di mercato, le evoluzioni, le nuove sfide e di attivare azioni di adeguamento dell’offerta Disponibilità a effettuare trasferte Conoscenza SAP, Salesforce e Arxivar COMPENSO, BENEFIT E KIT ICT Compenso commisurato all’esperienza e compenso variabile MBO Welfare Corporate Benefit Auto aziendale Premium KIT ICT: Laptop, Smartphone, Internet Key Nel rispetto della Legge n. 68/1999, DEKRA accoglie in via prioritaria le candidature delle categorie protette (Art. 1 e Art. 18).
